We collect only the non-sensitive personal and professional data strictly necessary to deliver educational and competency verification services under ISO 29993:2017 and ISO 30422:2022. This includes your full name, professional email address, phone number, organization/employer name, job title, course progress, assessment scores, and issued certificate serial numbers.

• Strict Prohibition on Patient Data (PHI): Users are strictly prohibited from uploading real patient names, medical record numbers, or identifiable clinical data onto this training portal.

3. Explicit Consent for Cross-Border Cloud Hosting (Article 15 Compliance):

To ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and automated certification management, Motabiq Competency Hub utilizes enterprise cloud infrastructure provided by Odoo S.A. (hosted in secure, GDPR-compliant European Union data centers outside the Arab Republic of Egypt). By creating an account or signing in to this portal, you grant your explicit, informed consent for the transfer, processing, and storage of your account and training records on these external cloud servers in accordance with Article 15 of Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020.

4. Data Sharing & Institutional Employers:

If you are enrolled under a corporate or healthcare facility training sponsorship (e.g., for GAHAR, CBAHI, ISO 15189, ISO 17025, or ISO 22000 compliance), you consent to the sharing of your training completion status, exam scores, and competency certificates with your employer's Quality Management and Human Resources departments, as well as authorized accreditation surveyors during official facility audits.
